Location. The Cesar Augustus Hotel is a modern resort property. It is set just 50 metres from the beach and three kilometres from the lively Costa Dorada resort of Salou. Reus Airport (REU) is 20 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.
Hotel Features. Guests can lounge on the sun terrace and enjoy drinks from the poolside bar, while kids are entertained by supervised activities, with a dedicated children’s pool, a games room and a play area. Live music, dancing and magic shows are programmed during the summer, and multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can advise on attractions and excursions in the area. Guests with cars can make use of garage parking for a fee of approximately 9 EUR per day.
The Hotel Restaurant at Cesar Augustus is a large dining room serving international buffet style food, with show cooking displays in the summer months. It is open for breakfast and dinner. The Poolside Bar Restaurant features a terrace alongside a lounge, and serves a range of drinks and snacks.
There is a games room in the hotel, with activities including billiards, video games, pool tables and air hockey, and there are extensive recreational activities on offer for children. Activities can be found at the nearby beach, 50 metres from the hotel.

Expert Tip. Thrill seekers and kids of all ages should head to the Universal MediterrĂ¡nea at Port Aventura, 10 kilometres from the hotel. The theme park features 90 rides, including the crazy Dragon Kahn rollercoaster; one for the strong of nerves. For more sedate and contemplative attractions, head to Tarragona, 15 kilometres away. Dating back to Roman times, the city’s highlights include the charming fishing area of El Serallo, medieval streets and several museums alongside Roman ruins.
