A wonderful family half-day trip!

If you are in the Sarasota-Bradenton area, don’t miss this hidden gem. It is a wonderful place, especially for young children. They have a fun bird show, reptile show, and birds of prey educational talk. The kids will love playing on the playground or feeding the ducks and flamingos. There are wonderful trails to wander through as you admire the flora and fauna South Florida is known for. There is a food court where you can buy a light lunch or quick snack. Their sandwiches are actually pretty good. They also do a lot of special events throughout the year, like lights at Christmastime or trick-or-treating for Halloween. The price is a little high but they have discount coupons in all of the free travel brochures you can pick up anywhere. Enjoy!
