Summary of Fogo de Chao
A unique twist to the all you care to eat concept, this one revolves solely around meat. Beef, chicken and pork piled on skewers are grilled over an open fire and served fresh to your table. Waiters dressed as Brazilian cowboys rush back and forth between table and kitchen in a frantic, yet friendly pace. The hurried atmosphere seems to lose its anxiety once you are seated. The area is not child friendly, however. There is no child size portioned meal, and the roaming waiters carrying skewers could be hazardous for small, squirmy diners. There is only one option on the menu, which includes salad bar. The main course is as much as you care to eat of roasted meat, cut in front of you while still sizzling.
