Abacus’ menu reflects Rathbun’s eclectic style including Mediterranean, Cajun/Creole, American, Southwestern, and Pacific Rim influences. Chef Rathbun is a nationally recognized chef, who defeated Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America. He has also appeared on The Early Show, The Today Show, The Rosie O’Donnell Show and Ready, Set, Cook to name a few. Chef Rathbun also has Jasper’s in Plano, Austin and The Woodlands.
