Chef Teiichi Sakurai prepares foods with stunning presentation and an imaginative mix of flavors, textures and temperatures. A contemporary Japanese theme is presented as Tokyos popular wood grill bar transplanted in Dallas. The ambiance is traditional Japanese from the service to the food. The clientele is upscale working class. Signature dishes include moist and tender Kobe Beef, whole Kinki Snapper, and Sashimi (three types of raw fish).
