The Heritage Inns are located one-half mile from the town square in Denton, Texas. Texas Woman’s University and its accompanying golf course are two blocks from the property. The Golden Triangle Mall, which offers over 90 specialty stores, is less than four miles away.
The Redbud, Magnolia, and Pecan Houses, together with Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurant, make up The Heritage Inns. The restaurant features four dining rooms, and serves Northern Italian and Southern French cuisine. Full, complimentary breakfasts are served in the dining room or guestrooms. The Redbud is a 1912 Tudor Revival house with a wraparound back porch and a gazebo. Above the restaurant are the two suites that make up the Magnolia Inn. The Pecan House offers a kitchen and dining room for guests’ use. A hot tub enclosed in a Redwood gazebo is available.

Guestrooms at The Heritage Inns feature private bathrooms, cable television and libraries. VCRs are available upon request. The Brass Room offers a half bath with a claw-foot tub surrounded by a French screen. The Magnolia South Suite exhibits a hand-carved headboard and a sitting room with period furniture. The Walnut Suite is filled with antique walnut furniture and offers an Eastlake bed, a sitting room and a large bathroom with a pedestal sink. Grandma’s Room features a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Select rooms offer gas log fireplaces.
