Positioned in the heart of the historic Houston Heights neighborhood in Houston, Texas, Sycamore Heights occupies a tree-lined street replete with late 19th-century homes. The inn is approximately three miles from Houston’s energetic downtown area, eclectic shopping district and vibrant entertainment center.
Sycamore Heights, constructed circa 1905, was completely renovated in 2003. The house features a variety of decks and expansive gardens with statues and sitting benches. Complimentary breakfasts are served each morning.

The main house at Sycamore Heights offers two suites, and the inn’s separate 1940s carriage house is rented as a whole unit. All guestrooms offer private bathrooms, and are equipped with cable television. The east suite is large and sunny, and features a French antique bed and adjoining garden-view sitting room. The west suite occupies the entire west side of the second floor, and also offers an adjoining sitting room. The carriage house consists of a living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen and tiled bathroom.
