Very good budget hotel

"This was one of the cheapest places I found on the internet, but it turned out to be quite nice. We got a deluxe room for about $38 US a night. It included breakfast in the morning, which was okay. There was fruit, some hot dishes, and toast and juice, plus an omelet bar. There were three pools, one of which was quiet and had some sunbathers, the other two usually had families and children swimming and playing in them. There was a small fitness room with a few machines, and a ping pong table. The room was quite big and spacious, and very nice. The balcony overlooked the ocean. The service was quite good. The only problem I had was that the shower had hot water for about 30 seconds a day. I complained every day almost, and they sent somebody to fix it right away, but it never worked. I’m not sure if this was just my room, or a problem with the hotel, though!The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Karon Beach, which is a really nice one, and one of the quietest beaches in Phuket. It’s really close to a lot of restaurants and small shops, too. I definitely recommend this as a budget or family hotel! "
