Fushimi Inari Shrine
Spectacular Spectacular
“There is no word in the vernacular”...
Fushimi Inari is one of the most beautiful, breathtaking (both for the scenery and the stairs), and unique shrines in all of Japan. Go for an afternoon to walk through the hills of south-east Kyoto under the splendor of thousands of orange-red torii (tori gates).
The shrine is popular with businessmen to pray for fortune and success, and is a must-see for any visitor to the area.
