Location. The Shangri La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, within 500 metres of the Corniche’s parks and gardens, two kilometres from the Marina Mall, and three kilometres from the city centre and the Al Hosn Palace.
Hotel Features. Located on a private beach, the Shangri La comprises of luxurious guestrooms, apartments and themed villas. The villas are set within 8.5 hectares, and connected to facilities via Arabic gondolas on the hotel’s waterways. The waterways also connect to the onsite Arabic souk and its shopping facilities. The architecture is Arabic, decor is contemporary and state of the art, and there is a Chi spa on site.

The Shangri La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri features four restaurants. Shang Palace serves Chinese dishes, and there are French and Vietnamese restaurants on site. The Sofra restaurant serves freshly prepared food from a buffet throughout the day, and pre and post dinner drinks can be enjoyed either on the pool deck, on the balconies of the Al Hannah bar, or in the Lobby Lounge.

The onsite souk style shopping area can be explored in Arabic gondolas. The nearest golf course is 10 kilometres from the hotel.

Guestrooms. The 214 guestrooms have balconies and sea views. All are luxuriously appointed, with Arabic architectural features and state of the art interior design. The marble and mosaic covered bathrooms have separate tubs and rainforest showers, with designer toiletries, bathrobes and slippers provided.
