"Rooms not ready on arrival, took 3 attempts to book in. One door key didn't work. Rooms clean however one smelled strongly of cigerettes. Air conditioning noisy. Bathroom spotless. Nice towels. Woken at 2.30am by noisy guests in corridor (shouting, laughing & banging doors). Bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast, although very busy and disorganised (no coffee cups, had to ask twice).Stayed in better for less. Good position for shopping at Bull Ring."
