"This was a nice bridge, but the locals seem inordinately proud of it! I wouldn’t take people visiting my hometown to see a bridge, and certainly I wouldn’t stop the car so they could get a better look at the bridge, unless they asked me to, of course! But it was a nice bridge, and I have a nice photo of it!"
