"Easily accessible from city centre, Arthur's Seat can be seen from most corners in the city centre. At just over 200metres , you'll be able to enjoy a fantastic view of edinburgh and neighboring towns in a distance on top of Arthur's Seat. There are several paths you can take to the top, ranging form gentle slopes all the way, to paths that give you a sense of adventure, a leisure walk/climb would take about 40 minutes to reach the seat. There are also 2 lakes in area. The geese and ducks at the lakes are a joy to watch. It can get pretty windy, but its a nice walk uphill especially when there's sunshine and blue sky. "
