"ABYSMAL! I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel. The shared toilet and shower facilities were dirty, the rooms looked like they’d never had a good clean with dripping stains all over the walls, carpets and sheets. The mattresses were from a different century and were festering with bed lice- i found 10 at a glance, and had to swap rooms. I dont know where that photo of a room on this site is from but it certainly is not the regent palace hotel! The only good thing about it is the location-middle of piccadilly circus next to a tube station."
