Great ice cream desserts

"My in-laws introduced me to Pace’s and the “Rainbow”. What’s a rainbow? Put soft serve ice cream in a cup and add a slushie in your favorite flavor on top. Sound strage? Yeah, it did to me, too. But it’s actually quite good. Mix it up a little bit and it becomes this really smooth version of a snowcone. Good stuff. And good french fries, too."
