Zion Canyon’s most urbane eating establishment, Switchback features exceptional cuisine. Under the direction of Mike Marriott, Switchback is a dining experience that is truly unlike any other in the world. The menu features superb new dishes that bring the enticing flavors and fragrances of the Western United States, France, and Italy to your table. But regulars who yearn for old and beloved favorites will still find prime cuts of beef grilled to perfection, hickory smoked baby ribs, spit-roasted chicken, and slow roasted prime rib. Gourmet salads, pastas, and wood-fire pizzas always have a presence on the menu.
