Gourmet Vegetables
Gobo is an experience. Unlike most vegan restaurants the focus is on the whole dish and not the imitation meat. Gobo has flavorful sauces. The star of your plate is the delicate vegetables and rice. The ‘New England’ rolls are a concotion of Asian/macrobiotic/NY gourmet vegetables and the Port pears are to die for.
