Location. The Pequod Inn of Port Warwick is located in the urban community of Port Warwick in Newport News, Va. The inn is positioned in Styron Square, a three-acre green space inspired by the great squares of London, featuring a music pavilion where musical performances, speeches, theatre and community events are held. The inn is one-half mile from the historic Lee Hall Mansion and approximately five miles from the Yorktown Battlefields. The Ferguson Center for the Arts, home to dance productions, concerts and plays, is three miles from the inn.
Features. This red brick contemporary inn, built in 2003, overlooks Styron Square. Full, complimentary breakfasts are served each morning, featuring an entrée and a variety of juices, pastries, fruit, cheese and organic coffees. The inn provides complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the house. Daily issues of the local newspaper, books, magazines and a DVD collection are available in the common areas. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms. Each guestroom at The Pequod Inn of Port Warwick is named after a favorite American writer of the innkeeper.
