Duvall

I LIVE HERE!!!!
"I live on the boarder of Carnation and Duvall; two small towns on the Eastside of Seattle. Duvall is where many people employeed with Microsoft and Boeing reside. I myself am employeed with the King County Library System, the 2nd largest Library in the nation. Duvall is beautiful,it’s small, quiet, typical “everyone knows you and knows your business” and that’s just fine with me. It’s close enough to Seattle (a whopping 45 minutes away so one can fill the need for city life easily…ZhaZha Gabore would have been in heaven…Green Acres is the life for me…I have to laugh when I get stuck behind the farmer on his tractor Monday morning on his way into Carnation for his morning Latte and dose of gossip at the local Starbucks! The people of Duvall are wonderful, I couldn’t ask for better neighbors and I’m proud to be a part of a community that I can call family. We look out for each other and each others kids, it’s a great feeling. If you visit our sweet town, May is good for the town parade, 4th of July in Carnation is typical small town fare, September and October the leaves start to change and it really starts to rain…November/December we usually get at least one or two days of snow…well, this year (2006), we got our fair share of heavy winter weather…I’ll add some pictures to my site for you…
