Important Hotel Information:
Seattle’s only waterfront hotel, the Edgewater Hotel is the place to book a room if you’d like beautiful views of Elliot Bay and Puget Sound when you open your eyes in the morning. Located on Pier 67, the hotel is minutes from the fresh flowers and food that fill the stalls at Pike Place Market. Designer boutiques and fine dining are within walking distance downtown, but with the cozy luxury of the Edgewater, you won’t be in a hurry to leave. The furnishings and décor are rustic and inviting — leather club chairs, warm fireplaces and big bathtubs. Special packages like Romance on the Edge and You Rock! come with perks like chocolate body paint and unique cocktails. But it’s the Edgewater’s prime location that has made it a Seattle hot spot for celebrities since the ‘60s. The Beatles stayed here during their first American tour in 1964, and Led Zeppelin had an escapade with a mud shark and a redheaded groupie in 1969 (which may or may not be the reason you can no longer fish right out of your hotel suite window).
