Disorganized

I went for brunch today Aug. 31, 2008, a pleasant sunny day. I waited 5 minutes inside for anyone to approach me. I asked for a table outside, none available at that time, I will wait. More people arrive and wait for outside table. I am offered coffee while waiting. After a 20 minute wait 2 other couples are seated outside. I complain, pay $2.91 for the coffee sipped while waiting and leave. How can a "luxury hotel" not have control of its dining room. I live in Milwaukee and will not no longer recommend this hotel or dining room to my out of town guests.
