In the heart of the Midwest, there’s a city that knows how to party and how to play. Milwaukee is full of things to do in any weather. In the summer, you can have a great time catching a show and having a few drinks at Summerfest or taking in a Brewers game. During the basketball season, the Bucks are heating up the court. It goes without saying that at any time of the year, you can enjoy an ice-cold beer.
One of the most festive times in Milwaukee is in the middle of the summer. From late June to early July, Summerfest takes over the city. There are 12 stages for musical acts that run from noon to midnight daily. There is a smorgasbord of food, comedians, exhibitors, and even a playground. The Lake Michigan Waterfront is also a source of recreation and entertainment for visitors and residents. You can sail, take a cruise, or just relax on the shores. After a long day on the waterfront, have a cold beer at one of Milwaukee’s fine establishments.
